Project overview

As part of Dell Technologies’ B2B SaaS platform, ROOST (Review Of Online Sales Terms), this case study highlights my end-to-end design work on two key product features: assigning tags to URLs for scalable content ownership, and AI-suggested linked URLs to augment shared content detection.

As the Lead Product Designer, I led the end-to-end UX process and shipped multiple key product features with the highest level of craft and execution to drive impact at scale.

• Collaborated in design sprints with PMs, engineers, and legal stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and constraints.
• Conducted user research and usability testing to uncover pain points and validate design decisions through iterative feedback.
• Designed simplified, scalable workflows and high-fidelity visual artifacts that aligned with user needs and advanced business goals.
• Drove a cross-org initiative with the Design System team to build scalable, reusable components integrated into Dell Design System v2.0.
• Documented detailed high-fidelity specs and partnered closely with engineers and QA for smooth handoff and high-quality implementation.
